Offer employees the necessary training and guidance to have adequate knowledge and capabilities of performing their job duties. We ensure they have an adequate level of direction and supervision, as well as creating the proper channels for reporting suspected improprieties.

Validate policies and procedures by making them accessible to the employee. Documented policies and procedures will provide your employees with day-to-day guidance as well as ensure uninterrupted duties in the event of an extended employee absence or turnover.
